Job Title: Business Development Associate.

Experience: 0-3 Yrs ( Freshers can apply )

Two-wheeler is required for this Business Development position, as the role involves regular travel to different locations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing localized marketing strategies, supporting sales teams in the field, and driving brand awareness and lead generation through on-ground initiatives and events. As a Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding targets. You’ll be a key contributor to our marketing team, helping the company expand its market presence and deliver value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities through networking, and market research.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows or client meetings as needed.
  • Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and meetings
  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales concepts and customer service.
  • Good communication of English and local language.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
