Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. Freshers with a passion for sales and strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, emails, and visits.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Maintain and update the sales database with client information, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service support.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, or events to increase brand visibility.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Show off our ERP and technical products with demos that wow prospects and highlight their amazing benefits.
- Create clear flowcharts and sharp proposals that make tricky ideas easy and exciting for clients.
- Nail price negotiations with skill, closing deals that leave both sides happy.
- Seal the deal fast and turn prospects into happy partners with your sales magic.
- Be the trusted go-to person for current clients, building strong ties that lead to more sales down the road.
- Find cool ways to surprise existing clients with upgrades or extras they’ll love.
- Stay on top of your sales wins, keeping track and sharing the highlights with the leadership team.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Customer Relations (Freshers welcome).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer orientation and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to take initiative.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) or similar technical products.· Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing client interactions and sales pipelines.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in ERP systems or technical product domains.
- Strong ability to conduct product demos and give logical solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with prospects and clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of the industry and product line (can be trained).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
