Job Title: Business Development Executive – Events & Partnerships

Location: Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Work Type: Full-Time, On-site

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive – Events & Partnerships who can drive sales through push marketing, networking, and active field presence. The role involves attending events, meetups, and business gatherings to pitch our services, generate new leads, build collaborations, and maintain strong follow-up discipline.

Our services span across Legal, Business, Real Estate and IT Consultation domains across India. The ideal candidate must be confident, outgoing, and skilled in communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Event & Field Marketing

  • Attend business events, meetups, exhibitions, and networking sessions on behalf of the company.
  • Pitch company services confidently and professionally to diverse audiences.
  • Act as the company’s on-ground representative to build brand awareness.

Lead Generation & Follow-ups

  • Collect contact details from event participants, prospects, and potential partners.
  • Maintain a daily database of leads and ensure regular follow-ups.
  • Convert warm leads into potential business opportunities.

Partnerships & Collaboration

  • Identify collaboration opportunities with organizations, professionals, and event hosts.
  • Build long-term relationships with key partners and influencers.

Sales Coordination

  • Create and maintain reports of daily activities, interactions, and conversions.
  • Work closely with internal teams (IT, Legal, Real Estate, Business Consulting) to understand offerings and match client needs.
  • Support sales strategies and achieve weekly/monthly outreach targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Event Marketing, Field Sales, or Partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable traveling to events/meetups as needed.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and good at maintaining follow-ups.
