Business Development Associate :

Location: Hyderabad (KPHB Colony)

Product: Online Higher Education Courses

Role:

As a BDA, you are responsible to connect with the prospective customers who are mostly working professionals and guide the interested ones with relevant information on offered products & services. If you are passionate about education sales we would be glad to hear from you. Aspirants having a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Education sales, Insurance, Real estate with exposure to Direct Sales, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Counselling, Consulting Sales and willing to work in a Startup kind of environment would be preferred.

Job Description:

· To source sales opportunities through outbound calls, and inbound follow-ups.

· To do cold calling, generate leads by calling the prospective customer data.

· Guide, counsel and provide information to professionals on products & services.

· Targeting the right set of audience and ensure closures by continuous follow up.

· Assist professionals in selection of course, application and admission process.

· Should be comfortable in speaking over mobile with prospective customers.

· Strong inclination to work in Target driven sales environment Weekly & Monthly.

Desired Skills:

· Excellent interpersonal, communication skills in English.

· Should possess good listening and customer handling skills.

· Knowledge on Cold calling, Prospecting, Lead generation & closures

· Should be persuasive, patient, and persistent with a desire to excel in career.

· Knowledge on computers and basics of MS-Office.
