About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The BDA will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting overall business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and client meetings to showcase offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
• Meet and exceed assigned targets for sales, revenue, and client acquisition.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
