We’re currently focused on Real Estate CRM for Dubai as our launch vertical, our first step toward becoming a globally adaptable, vertical-first CRM platform.
As an early member of the sales team, you will play a pivotal role in establishing DoveHero’s market presence and closing our first wave of customers.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Associate who excels in relationship building, consultative selling, and closing deals. This is a critical role in our early-stage journey, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into paying customers, shaping our market presence, and directly contributing to DoveHero’s revenue trajectory.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment where every deal, every conversation, and every customer insight contributes to product direction and market strategy.

Responsibilities
Lead Conversion & Deal Closing:
- Conduct high quality discovery calls, product demos, and sales presentations.
- Identify prospect needs, pain points, and operational workflows to position DoveHero as the ideal solution.
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualification, demo, negotiation, closing to onboarding.
- Prepare proposals, package recommendations, and deal structures that align with company objectives.
Pipeline Management & Sales Forecasting:
- Maintain an organized, up-to-date pipeline within our CRM.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and weekly updates to leadership.
- Monitor deal risks, blockers, and necessary follow-ups to ensure smooth deal progression.
- Collaborate with the SDR to improve lead quality, ideal buyer profiles, and qualification frameworks.
Product Expertise & Demo Mastery:
- Deliver engaging, value-driven product demos tailored to each client’s industry, size, and workflow.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes for decision-makers.
- Identify missing features or blockers and relay them to Tech/Product with detailed feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with Marketing to refine pitches, sales decks, collaterals, and messaging based on on-ground interactions.
- Coordinate with Tech, and Leadership on customer feedback, feature gaps, and integration needs.
- Partner with Leadership in defining target accounts, pricing updates, and sales strategies.
Market Intelligence & ICP Refinement
- Gather insights from prospect conversations to refine ICPs, buying signals, objection patterns, market trends, and other factors that influence our strategies.
- Translate on-the-ground customer interactions and sales data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams, helping refine ICP targeting, enhance product workflows, and optimize our overall GTM strategy.
- Help identify priority segments and opportunities for targeted campaigns.
- Stay updated on UAE real estate, PropTech, CRM competitors, and AI ecosystem trends.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account executive roles.
- Strong experience conducting demos and closing deals in a SaaS, tech, or software environment.
- Only UAE based candidates will be considered for this role.
- Exceptional English communication, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trust quickly with decision makers.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene.
- Experience selling to small, medium, or enterprise teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving processes.
Nice To Have
- Experience selling within the UAE Real Estate or PropTech sectors.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Familiarity with local UAE CRM systems is a strong advantage.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in early-stage SaaS or high-growth tech companies.
- Strong understanding of outbound/inbound sales funnels and ABM principles.
