Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Identify and pursue potential clients and business opportunities.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and digital platforms.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable product/service solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to achieve business goals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of biomedical or healthcare products is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
