Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, pitch services, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be confident, self-motivated, and passionate about sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Pitch company services to prospective clients and explain value proposition.
- Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual or in-person).
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals successfully.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Follow up regularly to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams for service delivery.
Market Research & Strategy
- Study market trends, competitor activities, and service demand.
- Provide input to management on improving services and business strategy.
- Identify new markets and partnership opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM, or basic sales tools.
- Energetic, confident, and willing to learn.
Qualifications
- Any graduate/undergraduate with sales interest.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in B2B sales, recruitment sales, or service-based selling is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,255.19 - ₹65,999.98 per month
