Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, pitch services, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be confident, self-motivated, and passionate about sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Pitch company services to prospective clients and explain value proposition.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual or in-person).

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals successfully.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Follow up regularly to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams for service delivery.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Study market trends, competitor activities, and service demand.
  • Provide input to management on improving services and business strategy.
  • Identify new markets and partnership opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM, or basic sales tools.
  • Energetic, confident, and willing to learn.

Qualifications

  • Any graduate/undergraduate with sales interest.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
  • Experience in B2B sales, recruitment sales, or service-based selling is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,255.19 - ₹65,999.98 per month
