Business Development Associate

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through market research, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demos for senior sales staff.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products/services and present them to potential clients.
• Follow up on inbound leads and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns to boost outreach.
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align on goals and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, outreach, and sales conversions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (freshers welcome with the right attitude).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B or B2C business development.
• Knowledge of the [industry name] industry is a plus.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
