Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute business development strategies focused on the real estate sector, identifying opportunities in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry, including developers, investors, contractors, and real estate brokers. Drive customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, using insights to identify new opportunities and refine strategies. Leverage real estate market knowledge to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Lead Generation & Networking: Proactively generate business leads through networking, industry events, and direct outreach to potential clients in both Mumbai and Pune.
  • Proposal & Pitch Management: Oversee the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and bids for real estate projects, ensuring Meta Arch’s vision and expertise are clearly communicated.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Focus on expanding the firm’s market presence and securing high-value projects.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the design, marketing, and project management teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives and alignment of objectives.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Regularly report to senior leadership on progress towards goals, market opportunities, and business performance. Provide accurate sales forecasts and lead pipeline management.
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to Mumbai to meet with clients, attend industry events, or oversee regional project developments. The role requires flexibility to travel as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
