Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Associate to support student engagement, outreach, and lead-generation activities across Kerala. The role includes institutional visits, partnership building, event coordination, and generating high-quality leads for the admissions team.
A short self-introduction video is mandatory for all applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit schools, colleges, and educational centers across Kerala as per the outreach plan
- Conduct presentations, seminars, awareness sessions, and student interactions
- Build strong relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and community partners
- Generate leads through institutional visits, events, and student engagement activities
- Collect accurate student/parent information and update the CRM
- Support offline marketing activities (posters, brochures, standees, event setups)
- Participate in education fairs, campus events, expos, and promotional activities
- Identify collaboration opportunities with institutions and local organizations
- Track and report outreach performance, lead quality, and conversions
- Coordinate with Sales and Counseling teams for timely follow-ups
- Encourage student walk-ins through consistent engagement
- Maintain daily records of visits, leads, and activities
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
- Assist internal teams during campaigns and outreach initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, outreach, sales support, or academic engagement
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Willingness to travel across Kerala
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage student interactions and maintain accurate data
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable with field-based work

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
