Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Jhelum for a Business Development Associate. The individual in this role will engage in lead generation, conduct market research to identify potential clients, and deliver engaging presentations to stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include building strong client relationships, representing the company's interests in the local market, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets through effective communication and collaboration with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations
• Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills for fostering client relationships and effective internal collaboration
• Proactive attitude with a results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
• Knowledge or prior experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
