We are seeking a Business Development Coordinator with strong experience in the Facilities Management (FM) sector within Saudi Arabia. The candidate must be experienced in client portal registrations, government platforms, and FM project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare proposals, EOIs, RFPs, and tender submissions for FM projects.
  • Register and update company profiles on client portals.
  • Manage all government platform activities, including company registration, updates, tender access, and submissions
  • Handle vendor registration, qualification, and tender submissions via SAP Ariba.
  • Prepare and organize FM project documentation such as project profiles, method statements, capability statements, and handover documents.
  • Track opportunities through portals, CRM systems, and email alerts, and maintain an updated BD pipeline.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of BD coordination experience in the FM industry in KSA.
  • Strong knowledge of FM tendering processes and project documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
