We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development engineer Manager to lead the sales efforts for our Industrial Controls and Variable Frequency Drives business across industrial, infrastructure, OEM and commercial construction segments in the Middle East. The BDM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and coordinating with cross functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.

What you’ll do:


  • Manage and grow sales within the middle east region by identifying and pursuing new opportunities across industrial automation
  • Develop and implement regional sales plansin alignment with company goals
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets for industrial controls, VFD's and related products
  • Provide training and support to the internal sales team as well as channel partners, distributors and OEM's
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on industrial controls, motor control systems and VFDs.
  • Assist customers with application engineering and design selections
  • Provide regular reports to management on market trends, competition and customer feedback
  • Work closely with product management, marketing, customer service and engneering to dekiver customer centric solutions and ensure satisfaction


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • 10 to 12 years experience in the similar field


Skills:

  • In depth knowledge of industrial controls and automation
  • Building strong relationships, Business planning, Strategic thinking & Leadership attributes
