Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Engineer to help drive growth in the Saudi construction sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s market expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify clients, competitors, and industry trends.
• Generate new business leads and develop strategic partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and bids.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of the Saudi construction market and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Female Saudi Resident or Nationality — preferred in alignment with local workforce initiatives.
