We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our company’s growth. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to sales and revenue targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business pitches.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports.
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • BBA or MBA (preferred specialization: Marketing, Business Management, or related field).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools.
  • Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,598.42 per month
