About the role:

We are looking for a Business development executive who will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients who are in need of remote resources. This includes finding leads, reaching out to prospects, and building relationships with potential clients.

You'll have the opportunity to work independently and take the initiative, as well as collaborate with our experienced team to develop and execute strategies

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify and research potential clients who may be in need of remote resources
  • Reach out to potential clients through various channels (e.g., Cold calling, email, LinkedIn) to introduce our services and gauge interest
  • Follow up with potential clients to answer any questions and provide more information about our services
  • Build relationships with potential clients and maintain regular communication to stay updated on their needs and objectives
  • Maintain a database of potential clients and track progress in the sales process
  • Work closely with the management to develop and execute sales strategies

Who are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of proven experience in successfully generating sales for agency-based clients
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, but you don’t get stopped by the details
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with online communication and collaboration tools such as email, Skype, Zoom, and Slack, etc.
  • Familiarity with online marketing and lead generation techniques
  • Ability to use CRMs, spreadsheets and data analysis tools to track and report on sales activities and results
  • Ability to build relationships and engage with potential clients through various channels
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take the initiative
  • Extremely flexible and adaptable
  • Great with moving parts and multiple balls in the air. Doesn’t drop the ball
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Position : Business Development Executive

Remote Status : Fully Remote

Preferred Location : Pakistan

Working Hours : 4 pm to 1 am PST

Holidays : 22 PTO days per year

Salary : PKR 35,000 to PKR 70,000 per month + Commission
