About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in outsource lead generation campaigns, particularly across the USA, UK, and Europe markets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in executing LinkedIn and Email outreach campaigns and experience handling initial sales or discovery calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting prospects in the USA, UK, and Europe regions.
  • Create and optimize email outreach sequences to generate qualified B2B leads.
  • Research target industries, identify decision-makers, and build segmented prospect lists.
  • Manage outbound communication through personalized, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Conduct initial sales/discovery calls to qualify leads and hand them over to the senior sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of outreach strategy with company goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics to improve conversion rates.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in managing LinkedIn and Email outreach campaigns with measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience in lead generation for USA, UK, and Europe markets.
  • Prior role as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or equivalent outbound sales experience.
  • Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, or similar CRM/automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and result-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or IT services industry.
  • Familiarity with cold calling and follow-up techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
