Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the shipping and logistics sector.
• Build and maintain client relationships to understand logistics needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective pipeline management and client acquisition.
• Conduct market research to identify new clients and business segments.
• Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance reports.

Qualifications and Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (logistics or freight forwarding preferred).
• Understanding of logistics operations, shipping rates, and market trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Experience

• Sales / Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
• Logistics / Shipping / Freight Forwarding: 1 year (preferred)
