Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Identify and target potential clients for permanent & contractual staffing solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with HR heads, decision-makers, and hiring managers across industries.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals.
  • Lead Generation & Market Research:
  • Generate new business leads through cold calls, references, networking, and online platforms.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
  • Revenue Generation & Business Growth:
  • Develop strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell staffing services to existing and new clients.
  • Coordination with Recruitment Team:
  • Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to understand client requirements.
  • Ensure smooth execution of staffing solutions and client satisfaction.
  • Contract Management:
  • Develop proposals, agreements, and contracts in line with company policies.

Manage renewals and extensions of existing contracts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
