We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven IT Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai, specializing in Point of Sale (POS) hardware and software solutions across retail, restaurant, and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles with 1–3 years in IT Sales or POS Solutions.

Identify and approach potential customers to promote our Point of Sale (POS) hardware and software solutions across retail, restaurant, and corporate sectors.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strategic thinker, able to identify new business opportunities and expansion possibilities within existing accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to deliver win-win outcomes for customers and the company.
  • Engage in active sales efforts including cold calling, door-to-door visits, and both indoor/outdoor marketing activities.Follow up with leads and convert proposals into successful sales.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of IT hardware and software products.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong presentation and demo skills.
  • Time management and multitasking ability in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors Degree / IT related field
  • Sales experience in the UAE market is preferred.
