Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. Your expertise in Salesforce and CRM software will be essential in managing leads and maintaining customer relationships effectively.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our products/services to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for lead generation.
  • Track sales performance metrics using Salesforce and other CRM software to ensure targets are met.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes for management review.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
