We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in online bidding and client acquisition on international platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business opportunities through online bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Clutch, etc.
- Identify potential clients and create tailored proposals to convert leads into successful projects.
- Maintain active communication with clients during the bidding, negotiation, and project execution phases.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth handover and project understanding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics and lead conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing strategies, and competitive offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience in IT sales or business development through online bidding platforms.
- Strong understanding of web development, mobile app, and custom software services.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with proposal writing, estimation, and lead qualification.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and sales tracking systems.
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented personality.
Good to Have:
- Experience dealing with international clients (US, UK, Europe, Middle East).
- Understanding of SEO, Digital Marketing, or Cloud Services.
- Exposure to LinkedIn lead generation and email outreach.
