Business Development Executive

About Us:
We’re looking for a proactive, driven, and outgoing individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our business network under the KOVA umbrella.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities with universities, corporates, and community organizations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with student societies, HR departments, and key decision-makers.
  • Create and pitch customized proposals and packages for potential partners or clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential collaborations, and competitive insights.
  • Execute on-ground business development activities, including client meetings, presentations, and visits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, events, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Track leads, conversions, and business growth metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Provide feedback and ideas to improve business development strategies and overall outreach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (experience in sports, wellness, or hospitality is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, energetic, and people-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and meet business goals.
  • Must be willing to travel locally (Korangi and surrounding areas).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
