Business Development Executive

We are hiring Female Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our admissions team. The role mainly focuses on student/parent communication and guiding them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential students and parents through calls, messages, and online platforms.
• Explain our courses, universities, and admission procedures clearly.
• Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
• Achieve monthly admission and lead conversion targets.
• Coordinate with counsellors and marketing teams to plan promotional activities.
• Keep records of all client interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales / counselling / education sector (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent communication & convincing skills.
• Basic computer and social media knowledge.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
