Business Development Executive

Tick Industries (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Islamabad) to promote and manage educational printing services, including books, learning materials, and school supplies, for schools, colleges, and educational institutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of the educational sector, and the ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to understand their printing and supply needs.
• Sales Achievements: Meet or exceed achievements by promoting and selling educational printing services and materials.
• Customer Education: Provide product-related information, presentations, and demonstrations to educational administrators and decision-makers.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit timely reports, including daily call logs, expense reports, and client feedback.
• Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends and requirements in the education sector related to printing and educational materials.
• Coordination: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement promotional strategies tailored to the education sector.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
• Experience: Previous experience in business development or sales within the educational or printing sector is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of the education sector and its requirements is an advantage
