Business Development:
- Meet with architects, interior designers, builders, and other potential clients to generate new business across regional territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B stakeholders.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote Jay JalaramBricks and identify leads.
- Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Customer Interaction:
- Engage with visitors at the showroom or factory as required.
- Present product ranges and provide information to assist client selection.
- Prepare detailed quotations, outlining prices, delivery times, and other key details.
- Support lead conversion and coordinate order dispatch.
- Guide clients post-dispatch to ensure proper installation and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation, branding, social media, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate data sheets for all client inquiries and meetings.
Sales Support:
- Travel to various brick stores to interact with sales teams, learn, and train them periodically.
- Support showroom operations and assist the Customer Experience Specialist when required.
Job Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration and related field, or equivalentwork experience.
- Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in business development, sales,or a related field will be an added bonus
- Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus.
