Business Development:

  • Meet with architects, interior designers, builders, and other potential clients to generate new business across regional territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B stakeholders.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote Jay JalaramBricks and identify leads.
  • Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Customer Interaction:

  • Engage with visitors at the showroom or factory as required.
  • Present product ranges and provide information to assist client selection.
  • Prepare detailed quotations, outlining prices, delivery times, and other key details.
  • Support lead conversion and coordinate order dispatch.
  • Guide clients post-dispatch to ensure proper installation and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation, branding, social media, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate data sheets for all client inquiries and meetings.

Sales Support:

  • Travel to various brick stores to interact with sales teams, learn, and train them periodically.
  • Support showroom operations and assist the Customer Experience Specialist when required.

Job Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration and related field, or equivalentwork experience.
  • Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in business development, sales,or a related field will be an added bonus
  • Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
