Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term business growth.

Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales and growth targets.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure client requirements are met effectively.

Negotiate and close business deals in line with company goals and policies.

Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).

3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.

Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
