We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer with 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using tools like HubSpot and Airtable for sales automation and pipeline management. This role is onsite in Lahore, and flexibility to attend client meetings is required. You must be fluent in English and come from a business background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize HubSpot, Airtable, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools to source, qualify, and nurture leads.
  • Sales & Marketing Automation: Implement and optimize sales and marketing automation tools, with a focus on leveraging AI to streamline processes and increase conversions.
  • Pipeline Management: Use HubSpot and Airtable to track sales activities, maintain CRM systems, and provide timely reports on business development progress.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth information flow and prompt follow-ups.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Monitor industry trends to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of business development, sales, or related experience with a proven track record in lead generation and client relationship management.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Airtable for lead management, CRM, and pipeline tracking.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva for creating marketing materials.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing automation tools, particularly AI applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Other Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible for client meetings and working from the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
