Business Development Executive

• We are looking for a talented and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Bcoder Castle Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, and UI/UX Designing, and should be able to generate qualified leads through online platforms like Upwork, Guru, and PeoplePerHour (PPH).

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, crafting persuasive proposals, and driving successful project acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate quality leads for Web Development, Mobile App Development, and UI/UX Design projects.
• Work on bidding platforms such as Upwork, Guru, and PPH to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Write clear, customized, and winning business proposals based on client requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and project scope.
• Coordinate with the technical and design teams to create accurate estimates and proposals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, UI/UX).
• Knowledge of Upwork, Guru, and PeoplePerHour bidding process.
• Ability to identify client requirements and prepare tailored proposals.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT.
• Freshers with good communication and proposal-writing skills are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
