The Executive will be responsible for driving sales of Uniforms (Hotels,Hospitals,Malls, MNC’s,Retail etc) Corporate gifts & Textiles to businesses in Dubai and across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They will focus on building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities • Sales and Business Development: Actively prospect new clients and develop relationships with businesses looking for corporate gifts, work wear and textiles. • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Product Knowledge: Understand and communicate the full range of products and services offered, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs. • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while managing a growing pipeline of clients. • Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and referrals. • Sales Presentations & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate pricing, and close deals in line with company policies. • Follow-up and After-sales Service: Ensure timely delivery of products and services, handle client inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise during or atter the sales process. • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments, offering feedback to the management team. • Reporting: Regularly report on sales progress, forecast future sales, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
