We are seeking a Business Development Executive with strong experience in the exhibition industry and stand construction. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and building strong client relationships within the exhibitions and events industry. You will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Collaborating with our design, project management, and production teams, you will ensure each project aligns with client objectives, maintains quality standards, and is delivered within the agreed timelines and budget. Your proactive approach and industry knowledge will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the exhibitions and events industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with the design, production, and project management teams to develop creative and feasible solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote the company’s services and brand.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, clear communication, and a seamless client experience from initial contact to project completion.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve business strategies and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales within the exhibitions, events, or stand construction industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE events and exhibitions market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude, creative mindset, and passion for delivering exceptional results.
