Short summary of the job: Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting iWesabe's ERP and IT services.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in the ERP and IT solutions market.
Generate leads through networking, cold calls, social media, and other channels.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs.
Present and promote iWesabe's Odoo ERP and IT services to potential clients.
Work closely with the sales and technical teams to create proposals and close deals.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, and provide market feedback.
RequirementsProven experience in business development or sales (IT / ERP industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially Odoo ERP, is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
