Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach high-potential restaurants, cloud kitchens, and F&B brands for partnership opportunities.
- Present the company s value proposition effectively to restaurant owners, emphasizing business growth potential.
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, including contract negotiation, documentation, aggregator registration, and POS/menu integration.
Market Mapping & Pipeline Building
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential restaurant partners categorized by cuisine, location, and delivery capacity.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps in cuisine or locality coverage and onboard relevant partners.
Commercial Negotiations
- Define and negotiate commercial terms, including commission structures, onboarding fees, and performance incentives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partnership terms align with company financial and operational objectives.
Menu & Aggregator Readiness
- Work with restaurant partners to optimize delivery menus for pricing, packaging, and availability.
- Ensure menu readiness for aggregator platforms with accurate images, item descriptions, and promotional content.
Brand Growth & Retention
- Monitor early partner performance and provide guidance to enhance order volume and customer satisfaction.
- Educate partners on available marketing tools, promotional campaigns, and analytics dashboards to maximize growth potential.
Restaurant Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for newly onboarded restaurants during their initial phase.
- Resolve onboarding challenges, escalate setup delays, and ensure seamless partner activation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal departments such as operations, finance, technology, marketing, and legal to ensure efficient onboarding and partner support.
- Share partner insights and market feedback to drive process improvements and strategic initiatives.
Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain updated CRM records on outreach progress, onboarding stages, and commercial agreements.
- Generate weekly reports on partner acquisition status and project milestones.
Growth Projects & Strategic Initiatives
- Support special initiatives like virtual brand onboarding, new city launches, and delivery-only partnerships.
- Explore business opportunities in adjacent sectors such as groceries, bakeries, or packaged food.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the food delivery or F&B sector.
- Valid driving license and willingness to conduct outdoor client meetings.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the business development and client acquisition process.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
