About the Role

ABL Tech is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive / Key Account Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a sales professional with a background in Telecom or Technology, who thrives in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and new partnerships.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Recommend relevant product upgrades or solutions to meet client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (Telecom sector preferred).
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
