Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential customers.
  • Present company products or services to clients professionally.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for business strategies.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain proper records of sales and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Skills:

  • UAE market knowledge (if applicable)
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
