About Us:

We are a growing design and engineering solutions company specializing in Architectural Design, Drafting, 3D Visualization, and Quantity Takeoff Services. Our clients include architects, contractors, builders, and real estate professionals in the USA, UK, and international markets. We are expanding our presence and looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to help us establish new client relationships and grow our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients in the Architecture, Construction, and Real Estate sectors across the USA and UK.
  • Perform cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement to introduce the company’s services and generate qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and relationship management.
  • Develop customized proposals and coordinate with internal teams to close projects.
  • Understand client requirements and effectively communicate technical services such as Architectural Drafting, 2D/3D Modeling, Rendering, Estimation, and Quantity Takeoffs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation, conversion, and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or Design Services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Experience with cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of B2B outreach in international markets (USA and UK).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho) is a plus.
  • Background knowledge of architecture, construction drawings, or estimation will be an advantage.

Compensation:

Competitive base salary plus commission-based incentives on project closures and sales performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
