We are seeking a sharp, self-driven Business Development Executive to help us expand DISANTINO’s footprint across Dubai and beyond. You’ll play a key role in identifying strategic partnerships, securing new accounts in luxury hospitality and retail with poise, discernment, and a strong sense of brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and strategic B2B opportunities across hospitality, lifestyle, and retail sectors
  • Support and lead outreach efforts, from cold leads to warm introductions and partnership development
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and strategic partners
  • Conduct market research to inform outreach, pricing, and positioning
  • Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and performance tracking
  • Represent DISANTINO at meetings, events, and tastings with confidence and refined professionalism
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies, sales materials, and client presentations

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience (2–4 years) in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is a plus
  • Fresh graduates with a strong sense of communication, presentation, and ambition are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A professional, polished presence with an eye for design and brand positioning
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with the UAE market, especially luxury, hospitality, or design sectors
  • Proficiency in English required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage

Compensation

  • This is a commission-based role.
