About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to support our sales and client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will help identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in generating leads and identifying potential clients in the IT and software sector.
  • Support the BD team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain a CRM database of leads and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align business development strategies.
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management (IT industry preferred).
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of IT services, software solutions, or digital products is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is preferred.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
