Description:

Building products at BiCSoM is about turning dreams and ideas into lovable technology and design solutions. As a mindful member of BiCSoM team, we’re looking for a curious, energetic, and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, identifying opportunities, and shaping creative strategies to grow technology business pipelines. You’ll be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, partnerships, and content creation for our network of websites.

You’ll work directly with the founders and product/tech team, gaining exposure across technology, marketing, and business strategy in a fast-paced environment.

What are we looking for?

  • Identify, research, and generate new leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, email, communities, etc.).

  • Execute inside sales activities, outreach, qualification, and nurturing potential leads.

  • Build and manage a lead pipeline using CRM tools and automation platforms.

  • Explore strategic partnership opportunities in the digital media, lifestyle and travel verticals.

  • Draft pitch decks, social media campaigns and email campaigns for potential clients and partners.

  • Collaborate with the product, technology and design team to create engaging content for multiple websites. Example of content includes (case studies, blog articles, social-media posts, etc.).

  • Track performance metrics and optimise business development workflows.

  • Stay updated on emerging trends in tech, lifestyle, and digital transformation.

  • You fit the role if your profile matches most of the points mentioned below:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.

    • 1 t0 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (Internship experience counts).

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.

    • Strong understanding of online research, lead generation, and outreach tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).

    • Passion for technology, startups, and digital trends.

    • Ability to multitask, self-learn, and thrive in an unstructured environment.

  • Work location: Bengaluru city and Remote
  • Working days – 6 days a week
