Business Development Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development, coupled with a strong passion for driving growth and exploring new market opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, building strategic relationships, and contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth. We’re looking for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and is eager to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, strategic networking, and proactive outreach.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, converting prospects into long-term partnerships.
• Conduct client meetings to understand their requirements and deliver customized business solutions.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to continuously improve strategies and offerings.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in business development or client acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Prior experience in a software house will be considered a strong advantage.

• Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
