We are looking for a passionate and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in lead generation, client handling, and sales support. You will play a key role in driving business growth through new client acquisition and relationship management.

*** This is an onsite, full-time position. Remote work is not available ***

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various channels, cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, and other platforms for generating qualified leads.
  • Develop and cultivate strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to acquire new clients within the software industry. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the software industry. Provide insights and recommendations for business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring the best possible terms for the company.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets. Set ambitious goals and execute strategies to meet or exceed them.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align business development efforts with company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B software development, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas by 15% or more (quantify if possible).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding objectives.
  • Experience with the global software industry a plus.
  • Proficiency in ERP software solutions.
