Business Development Executive

Location: On-Site – Gulberg II Lahore
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM Morning
Probation Period: 3 Months

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and articulate Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our dynamic team supporting a Canadian-based firm. The ideal candidate will have a passion for B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management, with the ability to communicate effectively and build long-term partnerships with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Canadian market through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, business owners, and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and deliver effective business solutions.
• Conduct virtual meetings and sales presentations to pitch services and customized solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements in line with company policies.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
