Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, Freelancer, and Guru platforms.
  • Identify, approach, and communicate with potential clients to build long-term business relationships.
  • Prepare and submit effective project proposals and sales pitches.
  • Handle client communication, requirement gathering, and coordination with the technical team.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the IT industry.
  • Hands-on experience working with bidding portals such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and Guru.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of IT services, web development, and software solutions.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
