Job Title: Business Development Executive

Role Objective

The primary responsibility of the Business Development Executive is to generate business growth through lead management, customer follow-ups, order coordination, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role focuses on converting inquiries into sales and ensuring smooth dispatch and customer service operations.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)1. Daily Planning & Execution

  • Prepare the daily work plan and share it with management.
  • Prioritize important customers and new lead lists.
  • Submit EOD (End of Day) report including calls, orders, and follow-ups.

2. Lead Management & Conversion

  • Attend Indiamart, Justdial, referrals, and inbound inquiries on time.
  • Update leads in CRM / Excel tracker regularly.
  • Focus on improving conversion ratio (calls → meetings → orders).

3. Order & Dispatch Coordination

  • Coordinate with customers (including Subhash Ji and others) for order and bilty confirmation.
  • Ensure timely billing and dispatch of orders.
  • Share dispatch and courier details with customers.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers.
  • Take feedback and ensure improvement in service experience.
  • Build and maintain rapport with high-value clients.

5. Sales Support & Business Growth

  • Plan and execute sales calls (Toxmo / Indiamart / field / telephone).
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Support monthly sales and collection targets.

6. Data Accuracy & Reporting

  • Record all customer interactions (calls, meetings, deals) in system/records.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review.
  • Analyze data and suggest improvements for increased efficiency.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
