Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-ups to onboard new clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads, converting prospects into loyal clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling or sales, preferably targeting the US market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, confident, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
