Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Developmnet Executive to handle service operations for our B2B clients. The person will ensure that clients receive timely, accurate, and high-quality services as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day service delivery for business clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements.
• Ensure timely communication and updates to clients.
• Monitor performance and maintain service records.
• Handle client feedback and resolve service-related issues.
• Support the team in improving service quality and client satisfaction.
• Maintain delivery reports and client records.

Requirements:

0–2 years’ experience (Fresh Graduates are welcomed)
Bachelor's in Business Administration. (Preferred)
Excellent English (Spoken & Written)
Problem-solver | Time manager | Target-oriented
