Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating potential business leads through telecalling, follow-ups, and effective communication. The role involves reaching out to prospective clients using data provided by the company, identifying business opportunities, and setting up meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using the company-provided database.
  • Introduce the company’s services and explain their features and benefits.
  • Identify potential leads, qualify them, and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
  • Follow up with interested leads and schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
  • Gather feedback from clients and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
