Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales development, SDR, or business development roles - Proven success with cold calling and booking meetings - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient - Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms - Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage - Professional, consultative approach to client engagement - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Comfortable representing a brand to senior decision-makers
