Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase admissions and brand visibility.
• Generate leads through online/offline marketing, telecalling, and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges and corporate partners for tie-ups.
• Conduct counseling sessions and explain course details, career prospects, and institute advantages to potential students and parents.
• Meet monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
• Plan and participate in promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, and events.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up effectively through CRM tools or spreadsheets.
• Work closely with the marketing team to implement digital campaigns and offline promotions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Stay updated on competitor activities, industry trends, and market feedback.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence in public speaking and presentations.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and online communication tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Educational marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
